Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at Navya Nature Care. We take great pride in the quality of our natural products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines your rights and our obligations regarding cancellations and returns.
1. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed on our website, it is immediately sent to our processing team to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, we do not accept any cancellations after an order has been successfully submitted. Please review your cart thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in the event of a defective or damaged product.

Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference (e.g., "I didn't like the scent/texture").

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
3. Mandatory Video Proof for Claims
To maintain the integrity of our shipping process and protect against transit damage, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.

The video must clearly show the unopened package and the shipping label.

The video must be recorded in one take (no cuts or edits) while opening the package and inspecting the items.

Without a clear unboxing video, your claim for a refund or replacement will not be initiated.
4. Refund & Claim Window
All claims for defective or damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 2 days (48 hours) of the order being marked as delivered.

After this 2-day window has passed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement under any circumstances.
5. Refund Process
If your claim is approved based on the video evidence provided:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

Products that have been used or where the original seal has been broken.
7. Shipping Costs

If a return is required due to a defect, Navya Nature Care will cover the return shipping costs.

In cases where a return is authorized for other specific reasons, the customer may be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
